We participated in the first Monlau Connect HUB

At SIGMA, we attended the first edition of the Monlau Connect HUB, the professional connection forum promoted by the Monlau Institute of Barcelona. Held at the Recinte Fabra i Coats, the event aimed to facilitate direct contact between companies and Vocational Training students from the fields of IT, finance, and marketing who are seeking their first professional experiences.

The event was structured around three main axes: a roundtable on how to incorporate AI into the training of future professionals, a speed dating activity between companies and students, and a networking space with CV collection.

The result was an agile and relaxed day that encouraged real connections between junior profiles and companies looking for emerging talent. For SIGMA, participating in this first edition was an opportunity to be present in an environment of young talent aligned with the profiles that interest us, while also allowing us to contribute to this bridge between vocational education and the business world. We hope to continue being part of this initiative in future editions.
