Our training programme is still running and has a long way to go

On 10 June 2025 we welcomed a new cohort to SIGMA's Learning Center, our in-house training space for Higher Vocational Training students, this time made up of eight students in an intensive Dual Vocational Training format. This is divided into a training phase at the Learning Center, from June to October, and an internship phase with technical teams, from November through the following June.

This cohort has also been strengthened with sessions designed to spark and guide their interest in real job roles. As part of this, ambassadors from different departments have presented what their areas involve, with the aim of helping students choose the profile that best matches their interests for their future internships.

Our program guarantees high-quality, fast-paced learning, as it is based on real cases guided by in-house experts across different fields of knowledge. The project now has 17 years of experience behind it, during which more than 600 students have been trained, with more than 100 joining the SIGMA project.
