Unidigital Program

Between October 2022 and December 2024, the AULASDATA project was developed, aimed at digitizing and optimizing academic management processes.

Its objective is to improve teaching planning and university space management, facilitating both the definition of teaching plans and the reservation of classrooms and other spaces.

The integration of these tools enables more efficient management, aligning academic planning with the actual availability of resources and simplifying administrative processes.

Based on studies conducted at the University of Vigo, the University of Santiago de Compostela, the University of A Coruña and the University of Cantabria, opportunities were identified to optimize internal processes, improve operational efficiency and strengthen regulatory compliance.

In response, in October 2022 the ISGA project was launched, aimed at implementing a comprehensive management and automation system in the field of academic management.
